Mimi was amazing — very gentle, understanding, and clearly knows what she’s doing. She was also super friendly and made everything comfortable. Tina was also great and really helpful. Overall, an excellent experience — we’ll definitely be back!"

"Stay far away! Worst experience for my wife. The staff was extremely rude. They attempted to fill her nails so it appeared with a weeks worth of growth until she said something. See the attached photos as they left nail polish all over her hands as well."

"I have been going to nail spa bk for over 3 years. It was recommended by an employee at Pottery Barn on US1. I loved her nails and she said go to Brian and Kim down the street. She wrote down all the info so I wouldn’t forget….and 3 years later I’m still going to Nail Spa BK. They are like family and treat everyone with love and respect! The service they provide is above and beyond. They are busy so please BOOK AHEAD ONLINE. They are in huge demand and DO NOT BE LATE! It ruins it for everyone. If you’re late then you’ll have to reschedule. I don’t like reading the negative reviews about them here because it’s people abusing the google review platform. I’ve seen some nasty people go into the nail salon while I’m getting my nails done and start threatening to leave bad reviews. That is not how to get serviced here. Just because you didn’t make an appointment does not give you the right to be rude and disrespectful. I love going here and recommend it to everyone I know! Thank you Brian and Kim. Forgive me for taking so long to leave a review 😘"
