"I have never left a bad review before, but I feel like others should know about my experience in order to make their own decisions before coming here. I got dip done in the morning by Kathy, and the application and shaping of my nails were not bad. However, Kathy cut my cuticles far too deep multiple times and did not even acknowledge it to me while I was bleeding from my cuticles during my manicure. This is concerning to me because their equipment does not seem to be sanitized as I watched another nail tech pick equipment up off of the floor and continue using it, which is extra problematic to me when I have open cuts from my service. She just kept wiping it off without even an apology and moved on to doing it on the next finger. I now have scabs on my cuticles that open when I work, cook and clean. I have had nail techs accidentally nick me in the past, but nothing like this before. My cuticles are raw, and she continued going over them with a drill head after seeing that they were bleeding. She was also late after I particularly requested the earliest appointment in the day because I had to go into work after. Honestly, it was just a disappointing experience as someone who enjoyed her first time here. I was with Brian last time and it was an excellent experience, granting the extra star, but I will not be returning after this last time."

"I was able to easily get a same day appointment online. Brian did an amazing dip powder manicure and Van did an awesome pedicure. Everyone was friendly, helpful and professional. I would highly recommend this nail salon."

Mimi was amazing — very gentle, understanding, and clearly knows what she’s doing. She was also super friendly and made everything comfortable. Tina was also great and really helpful. My nail tech Van was the best! We had great chats, he is very skilled and detail oriented. I would highly recommend him!
