You'll now receive a text message confirmation whenever our AI assistant books or reschedules an appointment for you. Previously, appointments made through our AI phone assistant were being created successfully, but the confirmation text wasn't being sent to your phone. This has been fixed — going forward, every appointment booked through our AI assistant will trigger an SMS confirmation just like when our staff books directly.

• What was happening: Appointments booked by our AI assistant were confirmed on our end, but the text message notification was not being delivered to clients
• What we fixed: Updated how our AI communicates with the booking system so that text confirmations are sent reliably every time
• What you need to do: Nothing! This fix is automatic. Just book as usual and you'll receive your confirmation text
